Solution: Contact your card-issuing bank to enable 3D verification services. Ensure you complete the 3D verification steps or try using a different card.

3. Credit Card Payment Failed with Code 20061: Duplicate Order

Cause: The customer exited the 3D verification process and attempted to pay again, causing a duplicate transaction.

Solution: Complete the 3D verification process as prompted and avoid refreshing the page.

If you pay with a credit card denominated in a currency other than USD, your card-issuing bank may charge additional exchange rate fees or incur exchange rate losses.
