Warranty Period
● Nova, Basic, Mopa, and Super Series
EM-Smart provides a 1-year warranty for the Nova, Basic, Mopa, and Super series.
● Dual Series
EM-Smart provides a 1-year warranty for Fiber Laser Source and a 1-year warranty for Diode Laser.
● Em-Smart provides lifetime maintenance services.After the warranty period expires, Em-Smart will continue to provide repair services.However, customers will be responsible for covering all shipping costs as well as repair fees (the repair fees will be determined based on the specific situation).
How to Get Warranty Service
If your product does not work properly during the warranty period, please email us at sales@em-smart.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
Our support team will first try to solve the problem online.If the problem cannot be solved remotely, you may need to send the product to an Em-Smart repair center, and we will arrange a courier to collect it from your location. If the issue is within the warranty period, EM-Smart will repair or replace the product free of charge.However, we kindly ask you to cover half of the shipping cost.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
● Products whose warranty has expired.
● Products purchased from unauthorized channels or resold by others.
● Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or consumption during use.
● Damage caused by improper use, handling, storage, or accidents (drops, water, extreme temperatures, insects, etc.).
● Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
● Products without valid proof of purchase.
● Damage from using unauthorized parts or software.
● Damage caused by viruses, hacking, force majeure, or shipping back for repair.
● Packaging, complimentary items, consumables, and accessories (unless defective at first use).
Important Notes
● Accessories, consumables, and packaging are not covered but can be replaced free of charge if found defective on first use.
● EM-Smart is not responsible for any promises made by unauthorized agents.
● For discontinued products, EM-Smart will announce the final maintenance date, after which warranty service will stop.
● For products with separate service agreements, the signed contract will take priority.

Except as required by law, EM-Smart is not responsible for personal injury, data loss, business interruption, or other indirect or consequential damages caused by using or being unable to use the product.
